Tradition and innovation for biodynamic farming with a future
Since 1980 we have run our biodynamic family farm according to the Demeter standards and the insights of Rudolf Steiner. Day by day we try to live in harmony with the people and animals around us and to care for and honour our soil – so that future generations can live from it too.
We are the third generation to run our Demeter farm in Kraindorf. For more than a hundred years the estate, with its wide fields, meadows and forests, has been owned by our family. And because we are already thinking of tomorrow, we keep bringing tradition and innovation together into a thriving whole. In our daily work we want to preserve what is good while staying open and curious about the new. We warmly invite you to immerse yourselves in our farm life – on a walk through the fields, a visit to the barn, a bread tasting in the bakery or while browsing and tasting in our farm shop. You are very welcome!

This is us
We work where we live, and we live where others love to go on holiday.
And we love this place! With all its challenges, which we take on every day as a team, together with the animals and nature. We learn from the first generation on the farm and benefit from the ideas of the young generation. We are a colourful mix who, in field farming, livestock, dairy, bakery, housekeeping, administration, public relations, accounting, farm shop and market stall, enjoy everyday life on a farm with lots of love and passion.
