Through the year
From the beginning of May to the end of October our cows spend the whole day out on the pasture. Lush grasses and herbs give the milk, the butter and the cheese their incomparable flavour. Mmmmhhhh!

We are the third generation to run our Demeter farm in Kraindorf. For more than a hundred years the estate, with its wide fields, meadows and forests, has been owned by our family.
